well, with my computer not working and being in Alaska i got home and couldn't remember my password. so it took me a while to get logged on again. I was doing really well before i went on vacation but while i was up there i gained 6 pounds. but now that im back i am already doing quite a bit better. anyway i just got on here to say hi, so keep up your good works

Hey I am still alive!!!!! LOL

Hey all! I hope that everyone is still on track. Lacee you are not alone, I was just thinking about what I was going to post today. I have been really contemplating over what my exercise plan is going to be, and instead of some elaborate overwhelming schedule, I decided to take one day at a time and do something.
Today I walked three quarters of a mile this morning and have tried to stay busy and not sit on my butt!!
I want to hear what everyone else's "plan" for activity it also!!!!!??????

Come on I was the last one to post on here I need the help and support of my family, how am I supposed to "kickit" if I am the only person posting things on here I know other people have good ideas and or recipes post them please.

I am really needing that extra support right now, I did do a little bit of a Taebo workout this morning but that is really all that I have done for a long time. Well I did do a lot of stairs at my sister-in-laws over this weekend too I suppose but I would love to see any input I can in this blog please and thank you.

I love you all and keep up the good work for anybody that is doing anything good for themselves.

one of my favorite snacks.....

so one of my favorite snacks is to get a baguette and slice it thin and spread cream cheese on top and then have some thinly sliced cucumbers on top and then lightly salted so yummy

ingredients-

baguette
cream cheese cucumbers
salt

my improvement

Well, I have finally lost like 3 pounds. And my secret is...I went on vacation and there was nothing to eat sooo I starved and now my stomach doesn't need as much food. So not that I suggest starving but it definately helps to have your stomach shrunk down to a normal size. Anyway, hope you are all doing well with you goals!!
